Every member of our team is professional and well trained. We conduct a thorough screening and interviewing process to identify the best home care providers, and only those who pass this process go on to complete training to deliver our special brand of home care and become Comfort Keepers®. What truly sets our people apart, though, is their natural gift for caring for others. 

All Comfort Keepers pass extensive background checks and complete continuing education courses offered by our home health agency. They are bonded, insured and covered by workers' compensation insurance to protect our clients and their families.

Barbara Johns

Human Resource Administrator & Office Manager

Barbara joined Comfort Keepers in 2012. She has ten years of experience in the home care industry and also worked several years in a hospital setting in human resources. Barbara is responsible for recruiting quality caregivers and ensuring that they receive ongoing training and support.  Barbara also provides management support in office operations and community outreach.

Cynthia Estrada

Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper

Cynthia joined Comfort Keepers in 2014 as a Caregiver, and was quickly promoted to Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper. Cynthia is our first phone contact with clients and caregivers, directing them to the proper person. Cynthia also manages our payroll and client billing / invoicing and provides administrative assistance.

Krista Grinnell

Client Care Coordinator

Krista Grinnell, an LVN Graduate, coordinates our client's care in the home, with excellent Caregivers and has a heart for service. Krista communicates directly with clients, family members and Caregivers on a regular basis. She ensures our services are top notch and that client needs are being met with care and professional oversight. She has expertise in medical and non-medical assessments, personal care and case management. Krista has skill sets in administration, case management and a medical education.

Myisha Stevens

Client Care Assistant/Scheduler

Myisha Stevens, CNA, is in charge of all scheduling matters. She manages Comfort Keepers' arrivals and departures to/from our clients' homes. Myisha also works very closely with our Client Care Coordinator, providing excellent care in the home via phone communication, and administering Plan of Care updates via in-home visits. Myisha is well versed as a Caregiver herself in client's homes and facilities. She has been a business owner and is a nutritional expert.

Allen Bulsiewicz


Allan serves as the voice and presence of Comfort Keepers in our local communities. He makes sales calls and provides presentations to educate potential referral sources about our excellent non-medical, in-home care giving services. Allan has a long history with non-medical service agencies in the sales arena.

Fawn Ornelas

Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Fawn joined Comfort Keepers in August, 2016 as our Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. Fawn is our first phone contact with clients and caregivers, directing them to the proper person. Fawn assists the office staff with various administrative tasks and projects. Fawn comes to us with a diverse administrative and IT background including teaching water aerobics classes for seniors.
